On Thursday, Sept. 21, at approximately 3 p.m., a traffic stop was conducted in the 1500 block of Porter Road on a vehicle driven by Arthur Lee Watkins, 25, of Flat Rock, Ala.
It was found that Watkins was in possession of methamphetamine and Schedule 4 pills. He was charged with:

On Saturday, Sept. 30, at approximately 3 a.m., a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle driven by Shane Joseph Coughlin, 38, of Ooltewah, Tenn. It was found that Coughlin was in possession of a Schedule 1 drug (heroin), and drug-related objects. He was charged with

On Sunday, Oct. 1, at approximately 11:15 p.m., a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle in the 5000 block of Highway 136 West driven by Billy Ray Moon, 27, of Wildwood. After field sobriety tests were conducted, it was found that the driver was driving under the influence of drugs. There was also a child in the vehicle.

Also, Dade County deputies conducted a safety checkpoint on Friday, Sept. 29, in the area of Highway 136 East and West Creek Drive. That Checkpoint yielded three arrests for DUI and 1 arrest for driving on a suspended License:
