Sheriff's Department Arrests Wooten Family in Meth Bust

Dade County Sheriff's deputies, acting on a tip, have apprehended Charles Kevin Wooten, 39, of 1433 Porter Road, Trenton, for whom a previous warrant had been issued for sale of methamphetamine.

During the course of the investigation and apprehension, the deputies also arrested Charles Wooten, 63, also of 1433 Porter Road, and Dustin Scott Wooten, 24, of 75 Glenbrook Drive, Trenton.

Charles Kevin Wooten was arrested for possession of methamphetamine; receipt, possession or transfer of firearm by convicted felon, or felony first offender; possession of marijuana, less than 1 ounce; and theft by receiving stolen property, felony.


The elder Charles Wooten (left) was arrested for hindering apprehension or punishment of criminal; possession of marijuana, less than 1 ounce.; possession of methamphetamine; possession of Schedule IV controlled substance; and possession of schedule II controlled Substance.

Dustin Scott Wooten (below) was arrested for hindering apprehension or punishment of criminal.
