Have You Seen Lisa Phillips?

The Jackson County (Ala.) Sheriff's Department wants your help locating missing person Lisa Diane Allen Phillips (left). She is a white female, age 53, 5’ 3” tall, around 150 lbs., with sandy blond hair and dark brown eyes.

This lady suffers from manic bipolar disorder, says the Jackson Sheriff's Department. She left her home in Flat Rock on Feb. 1, possibly driving a 2003 red Dodge Caravan with Alabama tag 6439AC2 (below).
