Library Recruits Families For Free "Prime Time" Supper-and-Reading Program

Parents and their children aged 6-10 are invited to register for an exciting new program at the Dade County Public Library. The PRIME TIME Family Reading Time is a stimulating six-week journey that will allow families to bond through the act of reading and learning together.

Every family will receive a free book for each session that they attend. A free meal will be served at the beginning of each program. There will be a separate reading activity available for younger siblings.

The program will be held Thursday evenings from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Dade County Public Library starting March 2 and running through April 13 (skipping March 30).

Please come by the library to fill out an application. Spaces are limited.

PRIME TIME Family Reading Time is supported in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by Georgia Public Library Service, a unit of the University System of Georgia and with funding from Georgia Humanities.

For more information, contact Melissa Hopkins, Dade County Public Library, 102 Court St., Trenton, GA; (706) 657-7857; mhopkins@chrl.org.
