The Dade County Chamber of Commerce invites all to its annual spring awards banquet. This year's do begins at 6 p.m. on March 18 at the Trenton Civic Center. Tickets are $20.
The 2017 costume theme is the Wild West, and prizes will be awarded to the best cowboy and cowgirl. Additionally, there will be door prizes and a silent auction. Music will be by Michael Phillips and a surprise guest.
Dinner will be barbecue catered by Thatcher's, but this year there is something special on the menu: The Chamber's first-ever "roast." Dade's own county boss, Commissioner Ted Rumley, will be the one taking the heat and believe us, you don't want to miss this one!
