Dade County Schools, which closed two days last week because of the flu epidemic which grounded school bus drivers as well as students and teachers, close again on Wednesday due to the weather.

The forecast tomorrow calls for "strong storms," nothing to sneeze at in a county whose elementary school lost its roof in 2011 to a tornado. "Stay safe," admonished Dr. Jan Harris, superintendent of schools, in her message canceling classes.
