Sgt. Chad Payne, information officer for the Dade County Sheriff's Office, reports as follows:
On Nov. 24, at approximately 11 p.m., Dade County deputies observed a suspect vehicle traveling on Slygo Road in the area of the Midnight Oil gas station. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle for crossing the fog line and displaying a suspended tag.
After an investigation, it was found that the offender was in illegal possession of a schedule 2 narcotic. The offender was placed in custody and transported to the Dade County Jail.
Casey N Lynch, 24, of Trenton, was charged with:
Possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance
Failure to Maintain Lane
Suspended Registration
Driving Under the Influence of Drugs.
On Nov. 30, at approximately 3:30 p.m., Dade County deputies observed a suspect vehicle traveling on Murphy Hollow Road, just off Hales Gap Road. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle for having no visible registration. After an investigation during the traffic stop, it was found that the offender had no valid insurance and a suspended driver's license, and was in possession of methamphetamine and drug-related objects. The offender was taken into custody and transported to the Dade County Jail.
Brandon L. Morgan, 25, of Trenton, was charged with:

Driving While License Suspended/Revoked
No Insurance
Possession of Methamphetamine
Possession of Drug-Related Objects.
On Nov. 29, at approximately 11 a.m., Dade County detectives and deputies arrested Rachel L. Barley, 26, of Chattanooga, in the 200 block of Murphy Hollow Road. The detectives and deputies were in the area looking for a suspect who had fled from a car accident involving a stolen vehicle earlier in the day.
The female provided detectives with a false name and date of birth, and was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine. She was taken into custody and transported to the Dade County Jail.
Rachel Bartley was charged with:
Giving False Name/DOB to Law Enforcement
Possession of Methamphetamine.
