Sgt. Chad Payne, information officer for the Dade County Sheriff's Office, reported on Monday as follows:
On January 20, at approximately 12:30 a.m., a traffic stop was conducted close to the intersection of Highway 11 and Highway 299 for a headlight violation. After an investigation into the traffic stop, it was found that the female offender was in possession of marijuana and a Schedule 2 narcotic. She was arrested and transported to the Dade County Jail for booking.

Possession of Marijuana.
On January 21, at approximately 12:45 a.m., Dade County deputies were conducting a sobriety checkpoint on Highway 136 when they came in contact with the female driver for an expired tag. During the contact, a strong odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle, The driver was questioned and admitted to having marijuana inside the vehicle. She was arrested and transported to the Dade County Jail for booking.
Killianne M. Cantrell, 20 of Flintstone, was charged with:
Expired Tag
Possession of Marijuana.
On January 27, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Dade County deputies were dispatched to the 1800 block of Mount Olive Road for a vehicle crash. When the deputies arrived on scene and located the driver, they quickly noticed that he smelled of alcohol and was unsteady on his feet.
After performing field sobriety tests, the officers found that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and transported to the Dade County Jail for booking.
Randolph S Hodnett, 38, of Trenton, was charged with:
Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
Failure to Maintain Lane
Too Fast for Conditions.
