Serious Motorcycle Accident Saturday Night

A Rising Fawn resident is in Erlanger's Surgical Intensive Care Unit following a motorcycle accident early Sunday morning.

The Georgia State Patrol reported that Randall Minor, 57, of Rising Fawn was traveling south on Cherokee Trail after midnight Saturday night when he lost control on the wet roadway while attempting to negotiate a curve. The motorcycle left the road and skidded on its side.

Minor was airlifted to Erlanger Medical Center for treatment.

GSP said its investigation of the accident was not yet complete but that this was all the information it had at this time.
