Sgt. Chad Payne is information officer for the Dade County Sheriff's Office. Today, May 7, he reported as follows:
On May 1, at approximately 10 p.m., a Dade County Sheriff's Office deputy was dispatched to the 500 block of Leiderman Road in reference to a possible violation of a Temporary Protection Order.
The deputy arrived on scene and was provided with pictures of the offender, on the property on Leiderman Road, taken by a
security camera. The deputy verified the TPO and located the offender. The offender was placed under arrest and transported to the jail for booking.
Terry McDonald, 57, of New Home, was charged with
Aggravated Stalking
Criminal Trespass.
