Sgt. Chad Payne is information officer for the Dade County Sheriff's Office.
On Aug. 12, at approximately 3:30 p.m., Dade County deputies were dispatched to Byrd's Chapel Lane in reference to a complaint that two males were smoking meth in a garage.
Dade County deputies arrived on scene and found the two offenders inside the garage. Also inside the garage, methamphetamine and drug-related objects were found.
Both offenders were arrested and transported to the jail for booking. They are now out on bond.
George Eastman, 54 of Trenton, was charged with
Possession of Methamphetamine
Possession of Drug-Related Objects.
Randy Wallin, 56, of Flat Rock, Ala., was charged with
Possession of Methamphetamine
Possession of Drug-Related Objects.
