Let There Be Light: Official Illumination of New Four Fields Lights Tonight

Stacy Stephens, director of Parks and Recreation for Dade County, announces that the new LED lights will be officially illuminated this evening, Wednesday, Oct. 17, over the soccer fields at the Dade County Sports Complex (AKA "The Four Fields). These long-awaited lights were a SPLOST (special purpose local option sales tax) that cost nearly $300,000.

Anyone interested in attending may meet near the soccer field restrooms at 7:15 p.m.
