McDonald's is partnering with the Dade County Public Library this year to promote summer reading. McDonald's is donating 250 bookmarks to the library give out to readers, kicking off McDonald's "Reading Under the Arches" initiative. Children can write 10 books they've read on the bookmark, have it signed by a librarian, and then redeem it at a McDonald's restaurant for a free Happy Meal.
The bookmarks will be distributed in June at the start of the library's summer program.
