Here is what the Georgia State Patrol reported on Wednesday's fatal tractor-trailer crash on Highway 59 in Rising Fawn.
Per the investigating Post (Post 41-Lafayette), the crash occurred on I-59 North in Dade County. It involved a single tractor trailer. The cause of the tractor trailer crashing is still unknown at this time. As a result of the crash, the tractor trailer caught fire and was completed destroyed. The identity of the fatality victim (driver) is still unknown at this time.
