Sgt. Chad Payne is information officer for the Dade County Sheriff's Office.
The suspect caught on surveillance camera about two weeks ago in reference to a theft at Jefferson's Restaurant in Trenton has been identified and is now in custody.
The suspect is Branden P. Dale, 21, of South Pittsburg, Tenn.
