PHILLIPS, DONNIE LEE, 67, of Wildwood, was arrested for Theft by Taking-Felony, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property in Another State-Felony, Driving while License Suspended or Revoked, Fleeing/Attempting to Elude Police.
