Dade Up to Three COVID-19 Cases

It's a tiny uptick next to Atlanta's numbers but an exponential one here --last night's Georgia Department of Public Health Daily Status Report shows that Dade County has now gone from two coronavirus cases to three.

The report does not list where in the county the virus case was confirmed. On Friday, Dade County Executive Ted Rumley expressed frustration at being kept in the dark by medical privacy laws and vowed to try to change that Monday. In between, of course, came Sunday's devastating storms.

Presumably Rumley will discuss the new case in his daily livestreamed briefing at 3 p.m. "Like" the Dade County Ga. Facebook page to be alerted when the county goes live.
