WILDWOOD, Ga.—W.J. “Junior” Lynn died Saturday, May 21, 2016, at the age of 86.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Jo Lynn; daughters, Carolyn (Gary) Renn., St. Augustine, Florida; Kathy (Eric) Allison, Trenton; sisters, Imajean Thompson, East Ridge, Tenn., and Flora Lee Castleberry, Trenton; brother, Scott Lynn, Rossville, Ga.; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Lynn; infant son, Ronnie Lamar Lynn; parents, Jess and Estelle Lynn; brother, James Lynn, and sister, Louada Clark.
He was born on March 8, 1930, in Flat Rock, Ala., and was a retired welder from Combustion Engineering, Chattanooga. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of Boiler Makers and a proud member of the North Dade Fire Department.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 24, in the chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Lonnie Denny officiating. Burial will be held in Sarah’s Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday 4-8 p.m. and Tuesday 10-11 a.m.
