TRENTON, Ga.--Mary Lou Childress, 64, died Friday, Sept.16, at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lucky Truitt Childress; son, Timothy Allen Childress; parents, Jessie Woodrow Stockman and Eva Pauline Stockman; brother, Jessie Woodrow Stockman; sisters, Lou Ella Etheridge and Lucille Miles..
Survivors include her daughters, Mary Ann (Mark) Waters, Trenton, and Vickie (Todd) Atchley, Bryant, Ala.; sisters, Louise Tishaw, Etta Lou Powell, Bonnie Shull and Martha Holcomb; brothers, Donald Stockman, Bufford Stockman, Kenneth Stockman, Rachel Stockman and Larry Stockman; four grandchildren, Tyler Atchley, Savannah Brown, Bret Waters and Colten Atchley; great-grandchild, Gabriel Brown.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m.Tuesday, Sept. 20, in the Trenton chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Johnny Wooten and Brother Bradley Wooten officiating. Interment will be in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held Monday 4-8 p.m. and Tuesday 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
