BRYANT, Ala.--Nellie Bernese Bell, 80, died Oct. 18, 2016. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She loved working outside with her flowers. She worked almost 50 years at Brock Candy Company, Chattanooga, and was affectionately known as “Nellie Bell”.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James Delbert and Rhoda Tiffin.
She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Charles Bell, Bryant; daughter, Melba (Johnny) Castleberry, Bryant; son, Coy Bell, Winchester, Tenn.; sister, Glenda Walsh, Bryant; brothers, Kenneth Tiffin, Herrin, Ill., and Melvin Tiffin, Rossville, Ga.; grandson, Jeremy Bell; granddaughters, Alisha and Jessie Bearden; great-grandsons River and Lake Bell and Creek Higdon; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. EDT Friday, Oct. 21, in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Pastor Chad Smith officiating. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held Thursday 3-8 p.m. and Friday 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. EDT
