Ruth Hartline Gross



TRENTON, Ga.--Ruth Hartline Gross, 95, died surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Woodrow; parents, Pearl and Willie Hartline; sons, Terry and John Gross; grandson, Jonathan Clark; son-in-law, Jimmy Whited; brother, Winfred Hartline; and sisters, Christine Nipper and Irene Bodenhammer.

Survivors include her sisters, Grace Elliott, Pauline Christopher and Betty (Troyce) Burrell; daughters, Barbara (Ed) Rosser, Glenda (Johnny) Clark, Peggy (Bill) Kepner, Regina Whited and Debbie (Jerry) Leverett; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, who all adored their “Mamaw,” and lot of nieces and nephews, who truly loved her,

A celebration of her life will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 25, in the Trenton chapel of Moore Funeral Home. A worship service will be officiated by the Rev. Dr. Ed Rosser. Interment will be held in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held 4-8 p.m. and Tuesday noon-2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis Tenn. 38105
