TRENTON, Ga.--Henry Alfred Rich, 92, died Monday, Nov. 7, 2016. He was a United States Navy veteran of World War II who served on the USS Intrepid. He was a member of American Legion Post #106 and of Calvary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Polly Rose Rich; sisters, Lois Hartbarger and Gertrude York; and brother, Clyde Rich.
He is survived by his children, Sharon Williams (Larry), Gary Rich (Billie) and Jack Rich ( Sonja); stepchildren, Judy Hunt, Alan Browder and Mitchell Cooper; sisters, Helen Bean, Melvina Cantrell, Florine Thomas and Alene Campbell; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren..
Graveside services with military honors will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens with Brother Billy Wallace officiating.
