James Moore “Jimmy Eli” Winters, 75, of Bryant, Ala., died Sunday, April 9, 2017. He was a truck driver for Shaw Industries and attended Bryant Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Dora Winters, and granddaughter, Rheisa Murray.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Winters; daughters, Crissy (Eddie) Ireland and Cynthia Brown; sister, Betty Talley, and brother, Brother Wayne (Ruby) Winters; and four grandchildren, Lauren Boatner (Clay Griffith), Devin Ireland, Christopher Brown and Jared Brown.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. EDT Wednesday, April 12, in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Reverend Wayne Winters and Reverend Nick Forshee officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday 4-8 p.m.
