Gladys Ann Long, 75, of Wildwood, died Thursday morning, April 20, 2017, at her home. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Long; and siblings Mavis Combs Berryman, Florence Combs, Clara Taulbee, Mary Faye Grace and Wilma Berryman.
Surviving include her stepson, Michael (Tammy) Long of Trenton; stepdaughters Rita (Eddie) Seals of Rogersville, Tenn., and Mary (Alan) Doyle of Trenton; and five siblings, Janice Taulbee Combs of Whitesburg, Ky., Willis Sexton Sr. of Georgetown, Ohio, Marchakay Combs of Vicco, Ky., James Harold Sexton of Combs, Ky., and Kerney Sexton of Wheatfield, Ind.; also several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 23, with Rev. Alan Flowers officiating. Interment will follow in the Long Cemetery. Family will receive friends 4-8 p.m. Saturday and noon until service time Sunday at Ryan Funeral Home, Trenton, Georgia.
