Dimple Lois Wheeler, 93, slipped away from this life today, Saturday, June 17, 2017. She was a member of East Ridge Church of Christ. She was a homemaker until her children were grown and was then employed by Kmart until she retired. She will be missed by those who loved her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac O. Wheeler Jr.; parents, Denver and Bonnie Blevins; brothers, Arle Blevins, Lavoy Blevins and Randal Blevins; and sister, Alice Hartley.
She is survived by her son, Larry D. (Joann) Wheeler; daughter, Sherry Norman; grandchildren, Rhonda (Chris) Carson, Cindy Norman and Scott Norman; and sisters, Edna McBryar, Opal Privette and Ernestine Hatcher.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Monday, June 19, in the chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Jim Lewis and Brother David East officiating. Interment will follow in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Sunday 2-7 p.m. and Monday 1-3 p.m.
