Lois Louise Brown Stone, 87, of Bryant, Ala., died Monday, June 19, 2017. She was a member of North Sand Mountain Eastern Star Chapter 554 and of Straightway Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 10 years, Dick Brown, and her husband of 60 years, John Stone; parents, Rev. Fred and Dora Ellis; sons Roger Dale Brown and Kenneth E. Brown; grandson, Tommy Atchley Jr; and 13 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughters, Belle (DeWayne) Morrison and Kathy Buckles; granddaughter, Kassie Brown McClure; sons Larry (Norma) Brown and Joe Stone; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 22, in the Trenton chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Brad Bridges and Brother Chad Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Straightway Cemetery, Bryant.
Visitation will be held Wednesday 4-8 p.m. and Thursday 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
