John Henry Ellison, 60, died at his home Friday morning, July 7. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was employed by Ellison Electric Company. Mr. Ellison was a member of the North Georgia Worship Center in Wildwood.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Porter and Betty Jo Ellison; brother Donnie Ellison; and stepson Jonathon Fike.
Surviving include his wife, Pamela Peardon Ellison of Trenton; son, John Henry Ellison II of Trenton; stepson Joseph Fike of Newnon, Ga.; sister, Jeannie (Bill) Lippard of Chattanooga; brothers Lonnie (Freda) Ellison of Trenton, Charles (Melissa) Christopher of Trenton, and Gary (Susie) Christopher of Douglasville, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday in the chapel with Rev. Nick Forshee officiating. Family will receive friends noon-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
