Opal Ruth Eller, 79, of Trenton died Friday, Sept. 1, 2017. She loved cooking, cleaning, gardening and canning. She attended Straightway Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Longanbach; parents, John and Josie Pemberton; four brothers, four sisters and one grandson.

She is survived by her daughters, Connie (Anthony) Mullins and Shelia (Tony) Oliver; son, David (Rose) Smith; sister, Dorothy “Tootie” Hodge; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. EDT Monday, Sept. 4, in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Jim Hixson officiating. Burial will be held in Straightway Cemetery.

Visitation is Saturday 5-9 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and Monday 10-11 a.m.
