Wayne D. Smith, 71, died Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017. He was an active member of Liberty Baptist Church. Wayne was a loving dad, grandfather and brother who loved to hunt and fish.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris, and parents, Russell and Bessie Smith.
Survivors include his son, Shane (Jocelin) Russell; grandchildren, Blake Russell, Harley Russell, Kagen, Lee, Christa and Morgan; several sisters and brothers, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. EDT Saturday, September 16, at Liberty Baptist Church with Reverend Zach Ditmar officiating.
Visitation will be Saturday noon-2 p.m. EDT at Liberty Baptist Church.
