Todd David Halsey, 45, of East Ridge, Tenn., died Sunday, Sept. 10, 2017. He was employed by Kelly Subaru.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Kelly Halsey, and paternal and maternal grandparents.
He is survived by his daughter, Rachel Hamilton; son, Justin Ryan Halsey; parents, David and Cindy Halsey; sister, Cristy (Rick) Hinnrichs; and grandchildren, Braxton Ryan Halsey and Arianna Hamilton.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14, in the chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Pastor Shane Harris officiating. Interment will follow in Browns Gap Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday 4-8 p.m. and Thursday 9-11 a.m.
