Sandra Loraine Higdon, 61, of Higdon, Ala., died Friday, Sept. 15, 2017. She was a member of Higdon Holiness Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, J.L. and Earlene Barron.
Survivors include her loving family: husband of 44 years, Garlton Higdon Jr.; daughter, Jennifer (Chris) Baker of Higdon; sons, Shawn (Salena) Higdon, Chattanooga, and Patrick (Tabitha) Higdon of Higdon; sisters, Pam (Mark) Steward, Ider, Ala., Melanie (Mike) Sullivan, Chattanooga, Miranda Nunley, Bryant, Ala.; brothers, Dale (Tamara) Barron, Flat Rock, Ala., Chris (Colleen) Barron, Chattanooga, and Barry (Jada) Barron, Bryant; seven grandchildren, Shelby and Jordan Smith, Austin Baker, Paycen and Kaegan Higdon, Bryson, Brynli and Brayden Higdon; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. PM EDT Sunday, September 17, at Higdon Holiness Church with Brother Edwin Spurgeon officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be Saturday 4-8 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home, Bryant, and
Sunday 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Higdon Holiness Church
