Larry Jones

Larry Jerome Jones, 70, of Wildwood, died on Sept. 7, 2017, at a local hospital. Mr. Jones attended Dade County School and later was employed in various positions in the construction industry. He was of the Pentecostal faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Novella Jones; brother, Rev. Vernon Jones; and sisters Verona J. McDonald and Norma J. Boshears.

Surviving include his children, Christy J. Buchanan and Lebron Jones, both of Palmer, Alaska; four grandchildren; the mother of his children, Sue Jones Young of Palmer; brother, Lynnes (Barbara) Jones of Rossville; sister Nancy J. Belk of Wildwood; sister Judy J. (Gary) Barclay of Rossville; sister-in-law Barbara Jones of Trenton; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 7, at 2 p.m in the Shanty Town Cemetery in Trenton.
