Oran F. Branham, 85, of Bryant, Ala., died today, Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2017. He loved to travel and sit on his front porch, always smiling and waving to those who passed by. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Ed Branham, and half-brothers, Lowell Poole and Bill Branham and sister Doleres Harris.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Sampson Branham; stepdaughter, Vikki Bryant, Soddy-Daisy, Tenn.; stepsons, Kenny Bryant of Bryant and Phillip (Becky) Bryant, Cumming, Ga.; step-grandson, Troy Bryant; sister Opal Wagner; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 20, in the Trenton chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Bill Sampson officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Thursday 4- 9 p.m. EDT and Friday 10-11 a.m. EDT.
