Fred Randall Hale, 70, of Bryant, Ala., formerly of Marienville, Pa., died Nov. 25, 2017. Mr. Hale was fire chief of the Marienville Volunteer Fire Department and an emergency medical technician. He was employed by Glass Containers for 25 years and retired from PSC Metals, also after 25 years of service. Mr. Hale was a member of Saint Katherine Drexel Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Hale; brother David Hale; and nephew Rickey Wynkoop.

Surviving include his loving wife of 45 years, Amy Nesbella Hale of Bryant; son, Stephen (Jeannie) Hale; daughters, Belinda Hale and Penny Hale; grandchildren Kelly, Jade Willow and Jacob Hale; sister, Marilyn Cousins; and nephew, Ronald Wynkoop.

A memorial mass will be held at noon on Monday Dec. 4, at Saint Katherine Drexel Catholic Church with Father Tom Shuler officiating.
