Juanette F. Stephens, 78, of Trenton, died today, Friday, January 19, 2018, at her residence. She had worked as a teacher’s aide for Dade County Board of Education and had attended Trenton First Baptist Church for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.
Survivors include her loving husband of 60 years, Wayne Stephens; two sons, Stacy (Connie) Stephens and Stanley Stephens; one sister, Gail Nunley, all of Trenton; three grandchildren, Cara (Jake) Case, Carly Stephens and Matthew Stephens; and one great-grandchild, Hannah Case.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, January 21, in the chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Eddie Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow in Gib Dock Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday 3-8 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
