RICHMOND Va.--On Good Friday, March 30, 2018, Debra Ann Reece Benson, wife, mother, daughter and sister, died at the age of 58.
Deb will be forever remembered by her husband and best friend, Brad Benson; son, Jeremy Slay; mother and stepfather, Delphyne and Windell Gibson; brother and sister-in-law, Terry and April Reece; niece, Julia Reece; stepsister, Carol (Scot) Howard; stepbrother, Ray (Caryn) Gibson; and step-nieces and -nephews including Ashley Waters, Sara Sims, Mary, Alli and Grace Gibson and Gage Waters.
Deb was preceded in death by her father, Arlon Reece; paternal grandparents, Grady and Ruby Reece; maternal grandparents, Bud and Ethel Ballard; and several aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends at Moore Funeral Home in Bryant, Alabama, Friday evening, April 6, from 4-8 p.m.
Graveside services will be held for family and close friends at Brown Gap Cemetery in Trenton, Georgia, on Saturday, April 7, at 3 p.m.
