Jane Wallin

Jane Marie Wallin of Rising Fawn, born November 2, 1937, passed away peacefully and into the presence of Jesus on Tuesday, July 24, 2018.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Cicero and Inez Black Forester; brothers, Jim Brannon and Buster Chadwick; and two great grandbabies she will be the first in our family to see.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Wallin; daughters, Cindy (Terry) Gilbert and Renee Wallin; son, Stan (Cheryl) Wallin; grandchildren, Christy (Seth) Davison, Caryn (Danny) Dunn, Cody (Ali) Wallin, Josh Derryberry and Shelby Wallin; great grandchildren, Brin, Liam and Carringan Jane Davison, Trent, Hayden, Harper and Eli Dunn; Phin, Zion and Isaac Wallin; brother, Bob (Judy) Forester; and many nieces and nephews.

Jane was first a member of Cloverdale Baptist Church, the church she was raised in, then a member of Peaceful Valley Baptist Church and currently a member of Rising Fawn Baptist Church.

Jane worked for many years in the school system and dearly loved all the children she worked with. She also worked in the AWANAS program with children as long as she was able. Jane loved to sing and listen to gospel music. She was a member of the Rising Fawn Baptist choir for many years.

Prior to passing, while still able to communicate, Jane clapped her hands and laughed while saying, “I’m so happy I get to go the Heaven!”

We want to thank her loving caregivers, Rhonda Reeves and Donna Page, for all they have done. We would also like to thank Hearth Hospice for their sincere concern and care.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 28, in the chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Eddie Cantrell officiating. Burial will be in the family cemetery, 1481 Mason Road, Rising Fawn, Ga.

Visitation will be Friday 4-8 p.m. and Saturday noon-2 p.m.

Please leave your thoughts and prayers at www.moorefuneralhometrenton.com.
