James “Jim” Patrick O’Connor Jr., 79, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2018 at Dade Health and Rehab. He had served in the U.S. Army and was of the Catholic faith.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary O’Connor, and parents, James Patrick O’Connor Sr. and Mary Florence O’Connor.
He is survived by his daughters, Deborah A. O’Connor and Lisa Raupach, and brother, Gregory (Gail) O’Connor.
Funeral services will be at noon EDT on Oct. 1 in the Trenton chapel with Brother Garry Tipton officiating. American Legion Post 106 will provide full military honors. Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m.-noon prior to the service.
