Hazel W. Blake, 84, of Sulphur Springs, Ala., died today, Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her parents, C.R. and Flora Wood Williams; son, Wesley Blake; brother, Bob Williams; and sisters, Mary Ann Hankins and Betty Williams.
Surviving include her loving husband of 67 years, Richard Blake of Sulphur Springs; daughters, Shirley (Brad) Wilkes, Huntsville, Ala., and Nancy Peppers, Sulphur Springs; son, Cole (Summer) Blake, Sulphur Springs; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 11 am EDT Friday, Sept. 28, in the chapel with Pastor David Durham officiating. Interment will follow in Sulphur Springs Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 10-11 a.m. Friday at Ryan Funeral Home, Trenton, Ga.
