Scott Roberts, 46, of Nashville, Tenn., formerly of Trenton, died peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, January 6, 2019. He was a 1991 graduate of Northwest Georgia High School, where he was actively involved in the band. Mr. Roberts worked in credit management with several companies. He attended Crosspoint Church in Nashville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Roberts; mother, Joan Johnson; grandparents Talmadge and Icey Mae Wright; and uncles C.D. and Billy Wright.
Surviving include his brother, Mark (Jennifer) Goodwin; four nephews; uncles Jimmy (Dona) Wright and Alan (Jean) Wright; aunts Helen Cooley, Catherine Coleman and Betty Wright; and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to Woodlawn Baptist Church Missions, 5681 Hwy 301, Trenton, GA 30752.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
