Edna Joyce Roddy, 76, of Bryant, Ala., died Sunday, January 20, 2019. She was a longtime faithful member of Mountain View Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bryan Roddy; parents. Noah and Edith West; and brothers Joe West and J. D. West.
She is survived by her son, Mark (Joy) Roddy of Bryant; four grandchildren, Lauren (Jesse) Smith, Cierra, Isaac and Isaiah Roddy; three great-grandchildren, Rosalind, Georgianna and Eleanor Smith; brothers Rayburn West of Bryant, Ralph West and Kenneth West, both of Trenton; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. EST on Wednesday, January 23, at Mountain View Church of God with Reverend Brad Bridges officiating.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 22, from 4-8 p.m. at the Moore Funeral Home Bryant chapel. Visitation will also be held on Wednesday January 23, from 5 p.m. EST until the funeral at Mountain View Church of God.
