Rebecca “Becky” McSpadden, 66, of New Salem, passed away in the early morning on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. Ms. McSpadden was of the Baptist faith and attended New Salem Baptist Church as her health would allow.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Norton David “Shorty” and Evie Lou McSpadden; sister, Mildred Hales; and brother, Junior McSpadden.
Survivors include her nephew, David (Tera) Hales, Bryant, Ala., and many cousins.
Graveside services were held at Lake Hills Memorial Gardens with Bro. Dewayne Roberson officiating.
