Charles Kennedy, 85, of Trenton, died Thursday morning, April 11, 2019. Mr. Kennedy was a retired carpenter and of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Edward and Edith Hartbarker Kennedy; first wife, Allene Kennedy; second wife, Nelda Kennedy; children Rhonda Grant and Eddie Tinker; and grandson Charlie Grant.
Surviving include daughters Jeannie Kennedy and Elizabeth Vandergriff, both of Trenton; son Ed Holland of Trenton; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 14, in the chapel with Wayne Everett officiating. The family will receive friends 1-3 p.m. on Sunday at Ryan Funeral Home and Crematory.
