Carrol Kirchmeyer

Carrol Ann Kirchmeyer, 78,died on Sunday, April 14, 2019. She passed peacefully at her home in Chattanooga.

It was on that night of April 14th that Heaven gained a special angel. Carrol may have been small in statue but her love of God and family was mighty. Carrol’s two best phrases were “Let go, let God,” and “I love you more.” She will truly be missed by all her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Vera Kean, and brother Eddie Kean. She has rejoicefully joined her husband, Ernest Kirchmeyer, in Heaven.

Survivors include her daughters, Tammy Kirchmeyer (special friend Emmett Roberts), Lori Eller (husband Tony), grandchildren, Heather Riley and Levi McMahan; great-grandchildren Zoe Blair, Kyla McMahan and River Walker; sister Wilma Layne (husband John); nieces Tisha Thompson and Angie Kean; nephews John Layne, Rodney Layne and Ronnie Kean.

The family would like to thank Hospice of Chattanooga for all their love, care, and support.

Funeral services will be at noon on Wednesday, April 17, in the Trenton chapel with Chaplain Jeanne Baucom officiating. Burial will follow in Hooker Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Emmett Roberts, Tony Eller, Levi McMahan, Josh Moore, Jason Moore and Skyy Reed

Visitation is Tuesday, April 16, from 4-8 p.m. EDT. and Wednesday 11 a.m.-noon.
