Lloyd Edward Troxtel, 73, of Trenton, died Tuesday morning, April 23, 2019. He was retired from Alstom Power of Chattanooga. He belonged to Boilermaker Local Union #656 of Chattanooga and was of the Church of Christ faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hobert and Sarah Brown Troxtel, and son, Tony Troxtel.
Survivors include his wife, Glenda Gass Troxtel, Trenton; two daughters, Kim (Steve) Buffington and Norma (Jackie) Stockman; brother, A.C. (Thelma) Troxtel; sister, JoAnn (Larry) Wheeler, all of Trenton; four granddaughter, five great-grandsons and several nieces, nephews and friends
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 26, in the chapel of Ryan Funeral Home with Minister Gary McDade officiating. Interment will be in Brown’s Gap Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday, April 25, from 3 until 8 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home and 11 a.m. until time of service on Friday.
