Harold York, 84, of Lookout Mountain, Ga., died on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at his residence.
Mr. York was retired from Lookout Mountain Golf Course and was a member of Slygo Free Holiness Church, having served the Lord for 61 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnne York; son, Gene York; daughter, Tracie Edwards; and parents, Arvile and Jenny York.
Survivors include daughters Rhonda (Bill) Smith of Hixson, Tenn., Kaye (Chris) Edwards of Huntsville, Ala., and Ashley York of Lookout Mountain; granddaughters raised as daughters Shannon (Todd) Stansberry of Harrison, Tenn., and Jena (Mark) Derryberry, Lookout Mountain; grandchildren Jordan, Zachary, Ryan, Connor, Kaleb, Dylan, Austin, Chase, Brooklin and Savanah; three brothers, three sisters and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, July 13, at Tiftonia Free Holiness Church with Bro. Donnie Walker and Bro. Aaron Wooten officiating. Interment will be in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens in Trenton.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday at Tiftonia Free Holiness Church, 163 Wauhatchie Pike, Chattanooga.
