Spencer George Taylor, 83, of Trenton, died Monday, July 29, 2019. He loved his family and enjoyed the outdoors, especially with his dog, Gracie.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Ruth Taylor; parents, William and Rena Taylor; and brothers. Columbus Harlon, Amos, Luther and Tuck Taylor.
Survivors include his daughter, Donna (Perry) Williams; son, Willie (Mary) Taylor; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Vonnie Sharpton; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, August 2, in the Trenton chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Eddie Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow in Payne Cemetery.
Visitation is Thursday 4-8 p.m. and Friday 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
