Frances Jacqueline Byers, 83, of Rising Fawn, died peacefully on Wednesday, October 2, 2019. She was a member of Rising Fawn Baptist Church.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Byers, and parents, Mike and Winnie Buffington.
Survivors include one daughter, Pamela Marie Brodie (Jerry); two sons, Allen Byers and Victor Byers; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild; brother, Ben L. Buffington; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. EDT Saturday, October 5, at Rising Fawn Baptist Church with Reverend Jerry Atkins and Reverend Richard Byers officiating. Interment will follow in Deer Head Cove Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Friday, October, 4, from 4-8 p.m. EDT at the Trenton chapel of Moore Funeral Home and Saturday 11 a.m.-1 p.m. EDT at Rising Fawn Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rising Fawn Baptist Church Choir.
