R.D. Johnson, 78, of Chattanooga, died Tuesday, November 19, 2019. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. R.D. was a member of Valley Memorial Baptist Church, Lookout Valley, Tenn.
He was preceded in death by his son Roger Dale Johnson, daughter-in-law Elise Johnson and parents, Jeff and Emmalene Johnson.
Survivors include his loving wife of 60 years, Faye Johnson; sons Chris Johnson and Dusty (Michelle) Johnson; six grandchildren, Patrick Lawson, Emilie (Chris) Burnette, Alexis Johnson, Tristan Johnson, Trislynn Johnson and Takya Johnson; three great-grandchildren; brother Bobby (Kathi) Johnson; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 22, at 3 p.m. EST in the Trenton chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Jerry Henegar officiating.
Family will receive friends Thursday 4-8 p.m. and Friday 1-3 p.m.
