Winston Cooper


Winston Clyde Cooper, 70, of Trenton, died today, Tuesday, November 26, 2019.

He was the son of Hubert Lee and the late Elsie Mae Cooper. His sister, Martha Sue McMahan, also preceded him in death.

Winston was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and a good friend to many.

He was a devoted Christian and loved to share his faith. He had a passion for studying the Bible and was always singing and whistling hymns. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

Survivors include his loving family: wife, Michelle Cooper; daughters, Annaleia (Shane) Wise, Karen Mussared and Kathryn Hurst; sons, Aaron (Stephanie) Cooper, Nathan (Becky) Hurst and Zach (Stephanie) Hurst; brother, Larry Cooper; 12 grandchildren, Taylor Cox, Nate Hurst, Wyatt Hurst, Jocelyn Hurst, Scout Hurst, Reece Hurst, Lexi Mussared, Elijah Hoofman, Andrew Wise, Jacob Wise, Kylie Mussared and Zander Mussared..

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, in the chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Mike Howell officiating. Interment will be in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.

Family will receive friends from noon-3 p.m. on Wednesday.
